REGINA HAZELNUT TRADITIONAL PASTE

This pure paste produces a gelato with a light colour and an incredibly sweet, clean taste. The well-rounded flavour is perfectly balanced thanks to a very light toasting process. This doesn’t alter the natural sweetness of the freshly harvested hazelnuts, instead preserving their distinctive grassy notes.
