Salted and unsalted churned butter

 

To make our churned butter, we specially select a Bleu-Blanc-Cœur certified cream that we collect near our butter factory in Cesson-Sévigné (département 35 in France). This cream is then matured for a long time, churned in a traditional churn and enhanced with a touch of salt. The result is butter with a subtle taste and a delicate texture. A real delicacy!
